Late/Cancellation Policies


Please give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel an appointment. Anything less than 24 hours may result in a late cancellation charge.


If you’re running late, or stuck in traffic… we get it, it can happen! However, if you’re going to be 5 or more minutes late, you need to call immediately. Depending on the practitioner’s schedule, you might need to reschedule your appointment, or book with a different practitioner.
